With a highly energetic technical team, the Plant Engineer is a pivotal role in the central kitchen who will be responsible for overseeing the highly automated packaging operations, serviceability of all production equipment and constantly improving the automation systems within the plant. • Oversee in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage ACMV design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.

Pre-Requisites

• Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience in the design & supervision of building service projects and Fire Protection.
• Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
• Understanding of energy efficient mechanical systems and equipment with Green Building design experience and knowledge of Green Mark/ LEED is an added advantage.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software and simulation tools.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
