• Experience with microservices and serverless architecture using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, and AWS API Gateway.

• 0-5 years of experience in developing software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows/Linux/VMWare)
• Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the following software/hardware - Active Directory, Exchange Server & Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SAN Storage & Backup
• Perform routine system administration duties
• Monitor servers and troubleshoot issues
• Provide additional support when necessary (eg. backup and storage functions)
• Perform proper documents for all processes
• Recommend solutions and ensure all IT issues have been corrected, and maintain records of work performed
• Provide technical support across the company, including Singapore, regional offices, and retail stores
• Provide technical support to server and network infrastructure and perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs, and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems
• Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written aspects
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Possesses analytical skills and works well in a fast-paced environment

Discovering the role

This position holds the primary responsibility of providing comprehensive support to the System and Customer Service Department while delivering the utmost level of service to our esteemed customers. This role encompasses not only exceptional customer service provision but also efficient management of data entry and documentation tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Total client satisfaction.
• Coordination of all Customer Service issues within Convergint branch office and among colleagues.
• Monitor the quality of Convergint’s services in your branch office.
• Customer Service case updating, logging and filing in ERP system.
• Coordination and solving of CS events and after sales services.
• Documentation for clients, including: Handover packaging, service cards, handover confirmations, maintenance documents, confirmation slips, training templates, etc.
• Coordinate projects according to schedule, economically and to client’s satisfaction
• Documentation submission / uploading Reports and CX Commissioning documentation processers
• Follow up and close case closely
• Arrange client RPM and send RPM report on time
• Weekly reports as required by the CS Manager
