Troubleshooting:

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.

· Alert Response:

· Respond to alerts promptly, taking appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of platform and security services.

Reporting:

· Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and security metrics for analysis and review.

Adherence to SLA:

· Attend to and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements, ensuring operational excellence.

Enthusiastic Learning:

Shift Work:
