• Upload the AR tax invoices + support Dos to SG local hospitals NHG AP direct panel/website for payments. Government panel/website required ‘singpass’ to access and upload.
• To support all the internal and external audit for Customer Services, Purchasing and Store. To support for all filing to be done in Singapore for auditing. Examples: to match the signed packing lists with tax invoices/shipping documents. POs/correspondence etc for audit requirement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Customer Service Manager.

• Minimum GCE A level, university, Post-graduate education.
• Experience in orders processing & fulfilment, international logistics, shipping and L/C documentation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service and Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics, installation, and servicing of AV and lighting equipment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from delivery and setup to post-service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and installation of AV and lighting equipment for events and projects.
• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets the specific needs of each project.
• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and maintained.
• Provide customer service support by handling any issues related to equipment or installations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions.
• Organize and schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment, liaising with vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Maintain and update records related to equipment servicing, logistics, and inventory.
• Assist with event setups and breakdowns, ensuring all equipment is ready and functioning properly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations during installations and service calls.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, service coordination, or related fields, preferably within the AV or lighting industry.
• Strong understanding of AV and lighting equipment, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate delivery vehicles (if required for the role).
