Position Overview:

The IT Engineer is responsible for the IT Operations and Maintenance of the company. You will work closely with our Global IT Department to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

IT Environment and Policy:

• Ensure a seamless IT working environment by implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures according to our company guidelines.

Networking:

• Collaborate with the network team to optimize network performance and address issues promptly.
• Implement improvements to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the network infrastructure.

Security Services:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard organizational assets.
• Conduct vulnerability management to identify and address potential security risks.

Qualification/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in IT.
• Hands-on experience in networking configuration, IT device maintenance, troubleshooting, and security reinforcement.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and system optimization is a strong plus.

· Field Support. To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to SIMPLE. To restore the system to its operational condition. · Calibration Services. To liaise with vendor to perform calibration services on the test equipment that are used for the preventive maintenance.
