• Manage Wholesale order processing and inventory fulfillment.
• Accurately process customers’ orders.

• Daily, morning review of the Sales Order Exceptions Report (SOE) and any subsequent actions to ensure the timely flow of orders through to delivery, by 11a.m. deadline.
• Present at a weekly key account meeting, any necessary actions needed for critical and potentially late orders.
• When applicable, create a customer-specific PO tracker to complement your visibility of order integrity through the entire chain.
• Partner with demand planning to resolve supply delays as they arise.
• Service any drop-ship accounts which overlap with your key account base.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to item setups, pricing maintenance, communication, and follow-up on cancellations.
• Administration of these responsibilities may require the access and use of a customer's 3rd party drop-ship site.
• Host and/or attend any regularly scheduled or ad-hoc meetings with the customer, sales team and/or vendor compliance.
• Occasional travel to meet with sales reps and/or customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll have

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Join us as a Project Safety Engineer (PSE), where you will be responsible to perform systems safety engineering activities required to develop a safe solution (mainly a software), product or projects. SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Experience in the Systems Safety Engineering process in a safety critical industry such a Defence, Land Domain, Manufacturing, Vehicles, Railway, Aerospace, Nuclear or Oil & Gas

· Demonstrated experience applying industry best practice system safety analysis and operational risk management techniques and methodologies

· Proven track record of successfully leading the execution of system safety programs

· Familiarity with Eurocontrol Safety Assessment Methodology and its system safety engineering processes including core system safety analysis techniques: FHA, PHA, PSSA, SSA, ETA, FTA, HAZOP, FMECA, RAM, etc.

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar or adjacent role

· Familiar with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, JIRA and FTA tool

· Experienced in top-down (abstract ideation) and bottom-up (detailed implementation) approaches in engineering solutions and can work with colleagues with these views

· Knows the structure of a software and be able to apply safety techniques

Context of the project: In Compliance, all the health checks of applications are managed manually. Connection to the GUI, Access to data and Check they are properly displayed on the application. The Mission Statement

Project name: Migrate SSIS components to Java spring batch

Context of the project: In Know Your Customer process, users sometimes need to load data in mass without going through a standard workflow in the application. To do that, they have a set of existing loaders, used to parse input file, perform some controls and load data in the application if the data provided fulfills proper criteria.

Goal of the project: Migrate loaders currently implemented in Microsoft SSIS technology, to a brand new Java spring batch. Reinforce the reliability of those loaders. Reinforce the code maintainability, add unit testing coverage and add in Sonar perimeter.

Internship mission statement: This internship will allow the intern to work on a real-case migration project to remove an obsolete technology and use state of the art technology instead. Java spring batch will be hosted in Kubernates container and will follow the full CI-CD pipeline (unit tests, Sonar check, …).

The benefit for the organization will be multiple, with an increase maintainability, reliability and performance of all loaders used by users.

The Role

• Explore different frameworks, by being a part of the development of a UI from a web application
• Contribute on both front and backend technologies

Responsibilities

• Full Stack developer responsible for development of both front and back end using modern techniques and frameworks
• Get experience in microservices architecture
• Experience in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automated test implementation with Cypress

Education & Work Experience:

• Pursuing or Completed Master’s/Bachelor’s program.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computers Science/IT or equivalent domain.

Requirements:

• At least a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IOS/Android App development.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter, React, Dart and native programming language.
• Proven experience in building mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user interface guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
