The Opportunity:

Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. Act as a product owner for field service processes and tools, manage the APAC affiliate teams’ community of practice, and provide consulting on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
