Job Description

a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

i) Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.

ii) Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.

iii) Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.

iv) For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Recognized professional engineering qualifications by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 5 years focused on designing geotechnical works for deep excavation projects.
• Proven expertise in handling projects of a similar size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical design principles, soil mechanics, and structural analysis.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g., Plaxis, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartership or equivalent professional accreditation (e.g., PE, CEng).

The O&M Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of all PV systems in our portfolio. He/she shall maintain high system performance standards and promptly address any faults to minimise downtime. Datacenter Operations Engineer

The Leaseweb APAC team is growing quickly and looking for talented individuals to join us. Our Data center Operations Team is involved in the daily management of our current 6 data center facilities in the APAC region (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia) and we are about to open 3 more data center location in Singapore, Japan and Australia later this year. You will be responsible for the configuration and installation of the servers during the provisioning process in our data center in Singapore, and other data centers in the region as needed. Key responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of server equipment at the data center
• The assistance of customers within data centers (for customers with their own racks/servers)
• Upgrade/downgrade of server equipment (memory/hard disks/etc.)
• Replacement of hardware and handling of all relevant administrative matters.
• Testing servers and server equipment in accordance with standards
• Work with remote hands partners within the APAC region to support installation and/or adjustment of servers.

OVERVIEW

As a Broadcast Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of all broadcast equipment and systems.
