Who We Need

The Pharmacy Dispatcher will be responsible for delivering medications to and from the Pharmacy and various wards in the hospital/ inter hospitals.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Ensure all sealed medication bags for dispatch are accounted for.
• Deliver ward medications accurately and on time.
• Maintain record of daily dispatches.
• Assist in manning the Pharmacy counter and answering phone calls.
• Check, receive and place newly delivered goods on the respective shelves.

The Customer Service Executive may be expected to work at various levels, from direct

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Helpdesk Support(（LV1）:Provide technical support to resolve issues faced by company employees with computers, software, and hardware.
   Respond quickly to and handle daily technical support requests via phone, email, or on-site assistance.
   Provide training and guidance to employees on operating systems, application software, and network usage.
   
2. Hardware Architecture & Management（LV1）:Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware equipment (such as computers, servers, printers, scanners, etc.) within the company.
   Regularly check the performance and health of hardware devices, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
   Assist in planning and designing the company's hardware infrastructure to ensure that hardware facilities align with company needs.
   
3. Data Center Installation & Operations（LV1）:Participate in the installation, configuration, and testing of data center facilities to ensure stable equipment operation.
   Monitor the data center environment (e.g., temperature, humidity, air conditioning, UPS power, etc.) to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
   Manage the daily maintenance of data center servers, storage devices, and network equipment, including hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of faulty components.
   
4. Network Maintenance & Optimization（LV1）:Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company’s internal network, including configuration and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
   Monitor network performance and optimize the network architecture to improve network stability and security.
   Configure and manage the company's VPN (if applicable) and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring smooth connectivity for remote employees and mobile devices.
   
5. Account Management & Access Control（LV2）:Responsible for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, and managing user permissions and access control.
   Configure and maintain enterprise email systems, file sharing systems, and internal system access permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
   Address technical issues related to user accounts, such as password resets, access requests, and permission issues.
   
6. Security Assurance（LV1）:Assist in implementing IT security policies to ensure the security of company data and information systems.
   Perform regular system and network vulnerability scans and promptly address security vulnerabilities.
   Monitor and respond to security incidents, taking appropriate measures to prevent data breaches and other security threats.
   
7. Documentation & Reporting（LV1）:Create and maintain IT-related operation manuals, troubleshooting documentation, and other technical documents.
   Regularly prepare system maintenance reports, network health check reports, and other technical support records and analyses.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems with experience in hardware installation and maintenance.
  Knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment configuration and maintenance.
  Familiarity with virtualization technologies, database management, and cloud service platforms.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

• Prepare all reports for submission

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking candidate in the field of vision AI to enhance the performance of our existing vision-based defect detection system in manufacturing. The candidate will focus on improving the speed and accuracy of the system while minimizing false positives and false negatives during inference. This role involves analyzing the current end-to-end process, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to achieve higher efficiency and reliability in defect detection.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Analysis and Optimization:

· Study the existing vision AI pipeline, from image capture to inference on embedded hardware.

· Identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement in model architecture, preprocessing, or hardware integration.

Model Performance Enhancement:

· Reduce false positives and false negatives through techniques such as threshold tuning, data augmentation, and advanced training methods.

Hardware Deployment:

· Refine model deployment on embedded devices by leveraging techniques like quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation to improve performance within resource constraints.

Data Management:

· Analyze and improve training datasets by including diverse and high-quality samples to enhance model generalization.

· Implement feedback loops to continuously update datasets with edge cases and anomalies encountered during production.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
