Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and provide solutions for healthcare device cybersecurity services
• Perform onsite assessment activities, observations, technical configuration reviews to offer comprehensive solutions
• Perform demonstrations and workshops to give in depth understanding of solutions
• Deployment of solutions at customer premises.
• Customer training.

Requirements

• 3 Years minimum experience as a Solution Engineer for security products or equivalent experience in a similar customer facing role.
• Minimum cybersecurity experience in one of the following domains:

- Security and Risk Management

- Asset Security

- Security Architecture and Engineering

- Communication and Network Security

- Security Assessment and Testing

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (or equivalent) related to IT technology/engineering
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English - written, verbal, and presentations.
• Strong ability to multitask with a proven track record of executing initiatives/programs
• Occasional travelling to SEA countries for customer engagement may be required

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for outdoor and indoor repair work of all cleaning products
• Mechanical preventive maintenance - verify mechanical faults, replacement of spare parts and repair
• Work closely with service technicians for problem solving and coordinating jobs between field service and workshop repairs
• Required to work within the Company workshop where there is no outdoor repair
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Nitec in any Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering or relevant qualification
• Experience in repair of forklifts, automobiles, heavy industrial equipment, and knowledge in engines, motors and electrical would be relevant and useful
• Possess Class 3 driving license

Job Scope:
