Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and customer services.
• Deliver excellent customer services.
• Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen on daily production.
• Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in working as service staff and store operations of at least one year
• Knowledge in coffee making is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for baked goods and a desire to learn about our products.
• Have passion to deliver excellent customer services.
• Work knowledge of MS Office to facilitate planning.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays, on a rotating shift basis.

Job Description

1. Unit inspection, readiness/preparation:

Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.

2. Defects Rectification

Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.

3. Unit handover to owners

Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.

4. Handling Customer Complaints/ feedback

Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners’ complaints resolved satisfactorily.
