Job Descriptions:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly
• To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company
• Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment
• To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days)
• Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services
• Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation
• To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area
• Issuing of invoices and service rendering
• Generation of daily reports
• Assist in general administrative duties
• Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in beauty spa environment and services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and is able to multi-task
• Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)

Part-Time positions are available at $15/hour - $18/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at De Beaute. This is a full-time role based in our central Singapore office, where you will oversee and manage our customer service team to deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

· Supervising and managing a team of customer service officers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

· Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement

· Responding to escalated customer enquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues effectively

· Implementing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures to align with company standards

· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience

· Providing hands-on support to the customer service team as needed to handle high volume periods

· Generating and analysing customer service reports to identify trends and inform strategic decisions

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated customer journey

What we're looking for

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorisation
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Job Responsibilities

• To perform servicing/repairs and maintenance of water dispensers
• To assemble and prepare water dispensers
• To install water dispensers and change filters
• To assist and be responsible for the inventories in the warehouse
• To communicate with clients on any operational enquiries and feedback
• To provide technical expertise to support other departments such as sales
• Continually find ways to improve process and workflow efficiency
• Other ad-hoc works as assigned by superiors

Preferred Qualifications and Qualities

• Minimum 'O' levels or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
• Problem-solving skills to inspect and identify any root cause of equipment problems
• Experience in all relevant industries such as aircon, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical services, and water dispensers will be an advantage
• Class 3 driving license required
• Great learning attitude
