You’ll be working in the Save, Protect and Grow my Investments (SPGI) stream, as part of a global crew but you will be based in Singapore. You will be joining a team that prides itself on caring for its users and their experience, providing next generation ESG & regulatory solutions covering cross divisional, multiple portfolios and asset classes across international locations.

This is an experienced software engineering appointment, and as such you’ll play an important role in improvement of our applications architecture, development of tooling, pipelines and workflow, and reinforcement of coding quality.

Your expertise:

• Seasoned software engineer with extensive experience focused on building and testing complex applications.
• Expert level knowledge in backend technologies (including Java or Kotlin, SQL / NoSQL databases).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes and GitLab).
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Ability to design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment that adhere to security, compliance, reliability and operational standards.
• Ability to support other engineers, collaborate and develop your skills together with willingness to learn new technologies and skills to grow next generation of software engineers for the bank.
• Knowledge and experience with green software engineering principles and practices would be advantageous.

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm (Monday - Friday),

8.30 am-1.00pm (Sat)

Work Week: 5.5 Days

* Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaint, evaluates findings, and responds quickly to clients

* Resolve discrepancies in reports by consulting with other staff

* Assess problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual.

* Pursue referenced test result to satisfy client needs and requests

* Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery

* Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned

* Assist with other database building activities when necessary

The F&B Ambassador will be responsible for assisting in the restaurant operations to ensure that the guest experience, beverage quality and departmental revenue and profit goals meet its highest standard. He or she will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.

• Greet and guide customers to their tables and assist them in seating
• Manage a waiting list and seating chart
• Print special occasion menu and set up table accordingly
• Check table arrangement before and during service, ensuring table requests are met whenever possible
• Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate with bartenders to serve beverages and ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations and dining areas.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed, such as napkins, straws, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to address any issues or special requests from guests.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
