CABIN AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN
- To carry out inspection, repair, work on passenger and crew seats, galleys, toilets, aircraft cabin equipment and all fixtures & fittings items associated with the aircraft cabin interior in accordance with the approved company procedures and as per airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
- To remove and replace aircraft parts relating to the Aircraft Cabin to ensure high standards of maintenance of aircraft cabin and furnishings and to ensure the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort.
- Complete and maintain manuals and technical documents pertaining to the repair and maintenance work carried out on the cabin interior.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
- Monitor, maintain and control the movements of all spares and materials, to ensure their proper usage and deployment, including the returning to stores of all the un-used spares and materials at the end of each shift.
- To perform cabin configuration changes on fleet as per the operational requirements.
- To ensure cabin safety aspects are maintained during cabin maintenance and pay particular attention to Emergency equipment.
- To assist aircraft engineers & technician with regard to daily maintenance activities on the aircraft as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionic Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of Cabin Maintenance working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
- Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.
- Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.
A&C AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN
- Perform C and D aircraft heavy maintenance tasks as directed by a Certifying Licensed Engineer/Duty Supervisor.
- Perform other tasks that may reasonably be requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor.
- To carry out routine aircraft servicing tasks as required in accordance with maintenance manual procedures, observing all safety procedures and manufacturers/company regulations. Depending on the discipline this may include conducting general visual inspections and fluid replenishment system servicing, refuelling etc.To effectively use any specialized tooling or test equipment that may be required as part of the checking, testing, replacement or servicing of a system or component.
- The ability to understand the need for such equipment’s as references in the aircraft manufacturer’s manuals is essential.
- The ability to communicate at various levels, and to coordinate with other areas over technical issues, to ensure that all relevant parties are aware of the aircraft’s serviceability status.
- To ensure the maintenance of tools and equipment in the relevant work place and conducting safe working practices at all times.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of A&C maintenance working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
- Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.
- Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.
SHEETMETAL AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN
- To perform Structural Repair as per OEM approved Structural Repair Manual and Repair Disposition.
- To assist Aircraft License Engineer and Supervisory Lead to perform damage/repair assessment.
- To perform part forming such as skin doubler, stiffener and bracket for structural repair proposes in-accordance to OEM approved manual or drawing.
- To perform basic airframe/cabin task as required to facilitate access removal for structural repair.
- Required excellent tool maintenance and housekeeping practices.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of Sheetmetal working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
- Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.
- Familiar on basic structural repair tooling and practices.
- Must be able to work in confine space such as Fuel Tank if needed.
- Capable to interpret OEM Approved Engineering Drawing, Aircraft/Component Maintenance Manual and Structural Repair Manual.
- Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.
ENGINE OVERHAUL AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN
- Perform disassembly/ assembly of engine/ module for repair and overhaul.
- Perform Boroscope inspection
- Install engine components onto the engine/ module.
- Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of Engine Overhaul working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
- Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.
GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
- To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the GSE
- To ensure equipment decals are visible. Replace if necessary
- Delivery of GSE to and from hangar
- Carry out inspection of GSE around airport bays
- Repositioning of maintenance steps from bays when required
- To ensure all metal structures of GSE are corrosion free by removal of corroded surface and using of corrosion protection agent
- To lubricate all movable joints
Requirements:
- NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic engineering
- Class 3 or 4T preferred
