The Network Engineer is responsible to provide operational support to network infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues and conducting root cause analysis. The network engineer is also required to manage change request through changes requests processes including requirement gathering, impact analysis, design, testing to integrate the change to existing environment.

A little about you:

• Responsible for the infrastructure network design, implementation, testing, security, managing and maintenance of proposed system
• Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones
• Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team
• Respond promptly to incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties

What you might also need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in configuring and administering routers and switches (e.g. Cisco routers and switches, etc), firewall products (e.g. CheckPoint, Forcepoint, etc.), F5 Load Balancers, AAA, NTP, IPS
• Good understanding of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall and security

Mission

• Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project and organization.
• Plan and ensure the project Quality Control (QC) activities implementation
• Report Quality information and data about Project in line with Corporate Guidelines
• Act as focal point for quality related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities.

Major Duty and Tasks

• Ensure the definition and implementation of the PQMS and the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company and External Parties Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure that the integrity of the Company QMS is maintained when changes are made to the system for the project
• Ensure that the correct implementation of the Project QMS is checked and monitored through the planning of quality audits

• Be the Single Point of Contact for all matters related to setting up, maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting the AVEVA NET system.

• Proficient in exception handling between the AVEVA system with associated Gateways and the Client system
• Extensive knowledge of AVEVA registers gateway interface with Client system.

• Have previous experience in engineering information management.
