A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

This position requires strong coordination and administrative skills, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
• Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
• Effectively schedule and follow up on customer work orders for automatic doors breakdown, installation, and/or preventive maintenance until closure for Service Engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse to facilitate materials and equipment to meet delivery KPI (Key performance indicators).
• Monitor and follow up customer payments, including outstanding collection, if any.
• Assist in back up of tasks when respective team member is out of office
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor or head of department from time to time.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION

• Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel (e.g VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualification:

• NITEC/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in business adminstration/engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
• Candidate without prior relevant working experience is welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.

Salary Package:

Full-timer Break time: 2 hours (weekdays) and 1.5 hours (Sat, Sun & PH)

Part-timer Break time: 2 hours (all days)

2. Millenia Walk (no split shift) (above Promenade Station)

Full-timer Break time: 1.5 hours (all days)

Part-timer Break time: 1 hour (all days)

Working Arrangement:

- 5 days work week

- Between 10.30 am and 9.00 pm/9.30 pm/10.00 pm

Job Description

· Provide warm and friendly service to our customers.

· Taking orders and responding to customer queries, resolving issues where possible and referring to managers when needed.

· Serve food and beverage timely and accurately.

· Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant at all times.

· Process cashier transactions.

· Perform ad-hoc duties when required

· Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant

· Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients

· Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance to the orders of such clients

· Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever such assistance is required

· Maintain chart of all available deals and products periodically and refresh such chart on daily basis.
