As a Tearista/Counter Crew, your key role is to take orders, prepare and serve up delicious drinks and/or food to our customers. Working with the rest of the team, you are expected to be friendly, flexible and versatile on the job. You will be working with our Store Manager and your duties shall include but are not limited to the following :-

• Prepare made-to-order beverages such as tea and coffee timely and professionally.
• Take customer orders with patience, friendliness and clearly and cashiering duties.
• Ensure tea bar and the areas around the tea bar are constantly kept clean.
• All equipment used shall be cleaned, kept and well maintained.
• Assist on opening and closing duties.
• Assist on daily stock take.

• Experience in latte art and drinks preparation as barista is preferred, but not required.
