Responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales and post sales activities in alignment with the Product Strategy for their respective countries in APAC region. Follow through on projects including planning and management

2. Constantly identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with the customer to address the fast-emerging market need.

3. Responsible for tender/RFQ/RFP and provide support throughout project lifecycle

4. Coordinate closely with both internal and external stakeholders from project planning to deployment stage by ensuring timeline are met.

5. Responsible for gathering technical requirement and developing cost effective design solution for customers

6. Prepare and report regular updates to track key projects

7. Actively involved in engaging industry stakeholders in power solution sector to identify the customer needs and propose solution

8. Perform study and provide insight on competitor and market landscape analysis.

9. State product performance and characteristics to customers from a technical perspective

10. Be familiar with the technical route, technical standards, technical parameters and technical specifications of products

11. Be familiar with product related hardware, software, interconnection, app and other principles and logic

12. To respond to customer calls to troubleshoot technical problems of equipment, on-site inspection and attend emergency repair, to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround time and minimize downtime

Requirements:

· Higher Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering & or other relevant Engineering qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry; junior candidate will be considered as well

· Experienced in handling power devices / power electronics / communication modules / electrical wirings

· Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail

· Candidate with sales experience will be an advantage.

· Ability to present ideas in a clean & user-friendly way

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of the organization in Singapore

• Providing all Pre-sales and Post Sales Services such as Bidding, Commercial, Negotiation and laying out all technical requirements and potential deviations

• Liaising and working closely with the management in executing Business Planning & Strategy

• Managing daily sales enquiries and quotation for existing and new client via email and over the phone, onsite or online presentation

• Frequent sales visit to hospitals and nursing homes

• Assisting & covering Technical Service Team for checking and commissioning

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional training, customer service, and technical support remotely and on-site to current and prospective customers, and participate in activities which include but are not limited to:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machineries & equipments at client’s premises.
• Identify and resolve client’s feedback both remotely and on client’s premises.
• Ensure that the end-users carry out work in compliance with with the SOP / Method of Statement, Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies.
• Observe and comply with site’s safety requirements, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.

Education/Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec in Mechanical and/or Electrical or related discipline in engineering
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience of at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction related industries.
