Job Description

• Update and maintain patient registration information accurately.
• Perform cashier duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, including checking Medisave account holder balances from the CPF website, printing hardcopies, and attaching this information to the HIS after obtaining patient authorization.
• Address queries regarding doctors' fees or patients' hospital bills during discharge.

• Follow up on all incomplete admissions and discharges.

• Address all general inquiries, referring to senior staff on duty when necessary.

• Attend to customer feedback and update the Patient Service Executive/Manager accordingly.

We're seeking a skilled Engineer, Quality Assurance to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality assurance aspects of our technical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in our shift-left testing process and entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define, test, and validate product requirements.
• Design, execute, and automate tests for web applications and backend APIs, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Produce detailed test reports and serve as the sign-off authority for feature releases.
• Work closely with Development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of testing automation frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing expertise and promoting growth.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• 2-5 years of experience in web application testing and automation.
• Strong foundation in Software Engineering concepts and STLC life cycle.
• Ability to write test plans and test strategy documents.
• Good knowledge of API and Web testing, Networking, and Operating System concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Experience with testing automation tools.

• To carry out daily monitoring, deviation resolution and prevention of delay, make sure the contractor to work comply requirements.
• Responsible for leading the whole site civil and steel structural construction works, to be the subject matter expert representing the site.
• Working knowledge and experience in civil and steel structure engineering, and construction.
• Responsible for on-site quality improvement and EHS requirements.
• During the project phase, the individual is expected to be actively involved and at times doing multiple roles to support the overall success of the greenfield project startup.
• Manage, nurture and guide subordinate employees, and conduct effective assessments.
• Build a high-efficiency team and bring out the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of each team member.
• Bachelor degree in civil and steel structural related majors, more than 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in operating Office software, and have the ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
