Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

1. Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Supervisor and clear completed work from the CMMS data base.
2. Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems including the plant piping systems and structural support systems.
3. Response and resolve work orders for any mal-functioning for static and rotating equipment in the facility. Ensure minimum down time or timely repairs of production equipment.
4. Determine materials, spares, tools and method required to complete maintenance task safely.
5. Plan and execute machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with production team and engineers.
6. Ensure all plant valves are fully operational and all mechanical components properly grease and lubricated where applicable, including carry out, strip, redress and rebuild of various types of control and plant valves.
7. Supervise and work closely with in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute maintenance work at the terminal. Ensure safeguards are followed such as valid work permit are issued, wearing prescribed personal protection equipment etc.
8. Liaise with production team with all aspects of mechanical system testing, running, trouble-shooting, carry out material specification checks on all installed piping components such as gasket, bolts, etc.
9. Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
10. Able to perform valve line up & LOTO for operations or maintenance preparations.
11. The incumbent shall be part of the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT) and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities (ie fire fighter etc) for such purposes.

Work Experience

1. Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the oil and petrochemical refinery.
2. Experience in hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems i.e compressor/pump and diesel/gas engine.
3. Familiar with Permit to Work system and local codes, regulations and standards requirement.
4. Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office and trained in the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); ie SAP.
5. Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English.
6. Experience with LNG/Natural Gas or gas engine generator maintenance and operations will be an added advantage.

1. Guest Welcome and Interaction:Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression.
   Assist with seating guests, presenting menus, and explaining special dishes or promotions.
   Build rapport with customers to create a positive dining experience.
   
2. Table Management:Oversee guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
   Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
   Monitor tables for cleanliness and reset them promptly for new guests.
   
3. Personalized Service:Offer customized recommendations based on guest preferences.
   Address specific dietary requirements or special requests professionally.
   Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
   
4. Complaint Resolution:Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
   Collaborate with the restaurant manager to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
   
5. Upselling and Promotions:Promote restaurant specials, events, or loyalty programs.
   Upsell premium menu items or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
   
6. Coordination and Communication:Serve as the link between guests and restaurant staff, ensuring seamless communication.
   Support kitchen, and managers to ensure smooth service.
   
7. Maintaining Professionalism:Uphold the restaurant's service standards, etiquette, and grooming guidelines.
   Represent the restaurant’s values, ensuring all guests receive exceptional hospitality.
   

Skills Required for a Service Ambassador:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Upselling and sales knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems.

Required to manage the restaurant and supervise the staff. Able to take orders and sell specials and most importantly have good customer service for our guests. Also knowledge of using the ops system and closing of till is needed.

Coming to work on time is imperative. Self hygiene and grooming is also of upmost importance.

With or without experience welcome. Otherwise, OJT/training will be provided!

- Assisting with outlet's co-ordination, preparation and overseeing of the daily operations

- Provision of good customer service (attending to guests’ orders, service of food & beverages)

- General housekeeping and maintaining of restaurant’s general hygiene

- Assisting in managing retail sales, merchandising and inventory

- Preparation and set-up

- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management

Requirements:

- Passion for the F&B industry; experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions

- Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn

- Good communication skills in both English/Mandarin

- Good interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as a team

- 18 years & above
