· Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times

· Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.

· Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas

· Ensure that guests received attention at all times

· Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest

· Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food

· Perform general basic service

· Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers

· Bilingual

· Minimum O-level education

· Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented

· Cheerful, independent and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Install company water purifiers on-site, including set up of parts, troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting parts, checking, and replacing filters
• Perform repair works as necessary
• Advice customers on purifier set up, cleaning, and maintenance

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing or related technician work
• Residential drilling experience
• Residential plumbing experience
• Customer oriented with positive work attitude

Other Requirements

• Singaporean/Malaysian
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Able to work 5.5 days a week

Estimated Salary

$2400 to $2800

Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in compliance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
• Diagnose and resolve any system issues encountered during maintenance service visits at customer locations.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work performed by subcontractors during maintenance tasks, while providing technical support to other departmental staff.

Requirements

• With 1-2 years’ experience in service and maintenance of alarm, card access and CCTV systems.
• Candidate with building construction safety supervisor / Work-At-Height / Risk Management certs will be an added advantage.
