You will be a key service partner to our clients in delivering timely and accurate advice regarding payroll, benefits and claim reimbursement as a Customer Service Officer.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to queries received via email and telephone pertaining to payroll, benefits and claim reimbursement.

• Perform case logging to prepare monthly reports for submission to the Authority.

• For cases which require inputs from other stakeholders, to track and follow up with reminders in order to ensure case closure.

• Escalate sensitive cases or highlight surge in case volume for Management attention.

• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with experience in customer service

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

• Desire to go the extra mile for customers

• Meticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team player

• Proficient in Microsoft officer applications (Words and Excel). Knowledge of SAP-HR is an added advantage

Position details:

*Attending to customer phone calls (Call Centre), Email and walk-in customer at Front counter.

*Scheduling daily repair jobs

*Preparing qoutation for repair job and spare part sales

*Coordinate with teachnician on repair job details and follow up

*Handle monthly Service Centre reports and invoices (Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position)

*Able to lead and supervise Customer service team (Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position)

*Candidate with relevant experience may conside for Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position

*Candidate with experience/knowledge on electrical appliance repair and sales will be a plus point

Able to start on Jan 2025 or immediate.

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical tasks.
• Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Ensure maintenance plans meet engineering standards and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare maintenance documentation, including checklists and risk assessments.
• Achieve maintenance KPIs and support technician training and development.
• Manage manpower, including overtime and emergency planning.
• Oversee spare parts and warehouse activities, including stock management and ordering.
• Handle service contract scopes, PR, and evaluations.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage maintenance budget.
• Participate in emergency response and assume relevant roles as needed.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related field.
• Min 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and supervisory
