Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the daily schedule of technicians
• Daily briefing of technicians on any special instructions
• Process paperwork, quotations and billing
• Coordinate with the warehouse on items needed by technicians
• Assist with customer servicing enquiries
• Contact suppliers on servicing feedback and warranty claims
• Any other relatable duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferable with at least 2 years of similar experience/capacity in the relevant industry
