What you'll do:
As an Institutional Sales Service Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Relationship Management and Sales & Marketing teams. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, from coordinating travel arrangements to maintaining client data records. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and maintain organisation will be key to your success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with marketing activities, further expanding your skill set.
- Manage the administrative and operations functions of the Institutional Advisors team
- Coordinate travel, and courier arrangements for business trips and conferences
- Assist in the production of presentation materials
- Maintain client data records on Salesforce - C360 local system for all sales and business activities in Asia ex-Japan region
- Support the team in marketing activities such as sponsorship of industry and client conferences, preparation of marketing materials and all logistics relating to such activities
- Perform complex administrative and secretarial duties to ensure smooth office operations
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Institutional Sales Service Coordinator role is a meticulous individual with strong organisational skills. You should have a minimum diploma in Business related studies and at least two years' secretarial or administrative experience. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages is essential for this role. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office will enable you to produce high-quality presentation materials and maintain accurate client data records.
