• Open and close up the gallery;

Duties:

· Ensure seamless customer interactions by delivering outstanding service during order taking, cashiering and food presentation.

· Food and beverages preparation

· Maintain consistent high-quality food standards

· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirement:

· 1 year experience working in a dynamic and busy food service environment

· Requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evening, weekends and holidays

· Vaccination required: MMR and TDAP

· Singaporeans only

• Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance to airline requirements.
• Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the status.
• Assist passengers with odd sized bags.
• Answer hotline calls on baggage matters.

Requirements:

• Local NITEC or Higher NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)

2. Design, configure, and maintain the organization's Service Catalog within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather service requirements and ensure accurate representation in the catalog.
4. Continuously update and improve the Service Catalog to meet evolving business needs. • Requested Item Processing:
5. Configure and optimize the ServiceNow platform to efficiently process and fulfill user-requested items.
6. Analyze and streamline the request fulfillment process, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
7. Ensure timely and accurate handling of requested items, providing a seamless user experience. • Workflow Automation and Service Catalog Tasks Generation
8. Utilize Flow Designer to create configuration-driven workflows and automate Service Catalog Task generation.

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
11. Define, implement, and manage SLAs within the ServiceNow platform.

13. Monitor SLA performance, identify areas of improvement, and propose corrective actions. Reporting and Dashboarding:
14. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the ITSM platform.
15. Create custom reports to track service performance, SLA compliance, and other key metrics. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

1. At least 5years+experience in ServiceNow development.
2. Experienced in ITSM configuration/design/implementation and requirements gathering Technical / Professional Skills
3. Must have strong knowledge on ServiceNow fundamentals, configuration & scripting. Configuring, developing and testing solutions on the platform to meet business requirements Excellent problem solving & communication skill
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
5. Strong commitment to professional and service excellence
6. Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills
