What will you be doing?

As a Senior Service Engineer, you provide Level 1 and Level 2 Support to existing clients, serve as a primary contact to identify, troubleshoot and to provide resolutions to the reported issues. • Project Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Physical security system projects, from initial planning and installation to testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar role with a focus on physical access control and perimeter , autogate products.
• Deep technical knowledge of various ELV systems, including security, communication, and networking technologies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
