1. Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist

The IT Engineer is responsible for the IT Operations and Maintenance of the company. You will work closely with our Global IT Department to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

IT Environment and Policy:

• Ensure a seamless IT working environment by implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures according to our company guidelines.
• Provide responsive IT Helpdesk services and conduct necessary training sessions internally to enhance team proficiency.

IT Procurement Management:

• Oversee IT procurement activities, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, network devices, and software.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of IT equipment and services.

Server Management:

• Install and provide support for server hardware and operating systems.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, ensuring user accounts, permissions, and security policies are properly configured.
• Configure and maintain essential server components such as Antivirus servers, File and Print infrastructure, and other critical services.

Networking:

• Monitor, manage and enhance WAN/LAN accessibility and security.
• Collaborate with the network team to optimize network performance and address issues promptly.
• Implement improvements to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the network infrastructure.

Security Services:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard organizational assets.
• Conduct vulnerability management to identify and address potential security risks.

Qualification/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in IT.
• Hands-on experience in networking configuration, IT device maintenance, troubleshooting, and security reinforcement.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and system optimization is a strong plus.
• Proactive approach to handling responsibilities with a strong sense of duty.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.

Job Summary

The technician will assist with maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists with the day to day operations of the maintenance department
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems
• At least two years of maintenance experience required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance
• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time

As an Assistant Installation and Maintenance Engineer, you will support the senior engineers in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting vehicle safety and telematics systems. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in both installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all systems function effectively to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Installation Support: Assist in installing and configuring vehicle safety and telematics equipment under the supervision of senior engineers/project managers and etc.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Support routine maintenance tasks and assist in resolving hardware and electronics issues to ensure systems function effectively.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support, responding to customer inquiries and helping resolve system issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety standards and industry regulations during installations and maintenance activities.
• Equipment Management: Help prepare and organize tools, equipment, and resources for technical tasks.
• Quality Checks: Assist in quality control procedures, ensuring that installed systems meet performance and safety standards.
• Reporting: Keep records of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities/update immediate supervisors and project supervisors accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent from Polytechnics/ Universities in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle safety solutions, telematics, and electronics systems.
• Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting electronics or automotive equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Assistant Engineer (Project Management )

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science , Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or engineering field

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Must have at least 1 year experience in handling cable wiring / electrical project
