Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service;
• Co-ordinate between workshop and customer, updating of job status;
• Prepare job chit / orders as to customers' need;
• Job progress follow-up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary;
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation;
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC/Nitec in Automotive Technology/Mechatronics;
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or related experience;
• Good communication skills.
