Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Duties:

• Plan and schedule daily maintenance tasks for Electrical & Control assets.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, HSSE, Production, and Jetty Operations teams on work requests and permits.
• Liaise with authorities for natural gas equipment maintenance approvals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for site surveys and work execution.
• Ensure validity of Method of Statement and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of E&I experience in Oil and Gas Industry or any relevant industry.

Scope of work:

1. To supervise work done on the Air-con unit in the room which carry by the workers or sub-contractor.

2. To monitor the daily safety and on-site schedule, check review drawing plan, spec, method of statement, work procedures, and rectification work on site.

3. To highlight and feedback if any irregularities, to the employer or consultants. Monitor work process and assignment given, prepare defect list if any, and ensure statutorily. Requirements are compiled by the authority.

4. You are to work closely with the Employer and the Management with safety requirements by the reporting site.

5. Need to have good computer knowledge.

Mechanical Engineer requirements

Salary Range $3,500 - $5,000

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in full cycle mechanical design from conceptualization, designing, research and development.

· Evaluate final product’s overall performance, testing, reliability, safety and commissioning.

• Define design approach for new product and platforms and generate design specifications
• Execute new product designs personally, and oversee outsourced resources where appropriate
• Execute quick turn prototyping, 3D samples, debugging, verification testing, and performance characterization of new designs
• Support current platforms with enhancements and improvements where needed
• Support manufacturing engineering as necessary and provide appropriate tools and techniques to the service organization
• Execute/manage compliance testing and documentation
• Adhere to best practices for documentation and version control

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years hands-on design and development of Analog and Digital circuitry and/or embedded systems.
• Knowledge & Skills in SolidWorks, 2D and 3D software or more.
• Proficient with laboratory instrumentation, tooling fabrication, die-casting, extrusion, plastic injection moulding and metal stamping process.
• Utilize various tools of specialization (CREO/ DFM/ DFMEA/ Tolerance Analysis/ Simulation etc.) to design, validate and improve existing designs
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience in LED, Automation , Thermal and optical design
