Job Scope:

• Maintain assigned facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Supervise, plan, and implement all maintenance activities effectively.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Diagnose problems and initiate timely corrective actions for maintenance issues.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance, including managing shutdowns and turn-ons.
• Attend to maintenance requests and provide 24/7 emergency standby support.
• Issue work orders and provide status updates to the Facilities Support Coordinator.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Company as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical & electrical installation and facility maintenance.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute regular maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.
• Identify and fix issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in CNC machines and other equipment.
• Help with setting up and starting new equipment.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance work, including logs, reports, and manuals.
• Follow all health and safety rules and foster a safe workplace.
• Spot areas for improvement and introduce changes to better equipment efficiency and reliability.

The incumbent will be task to take an active role in closely collaborating on project fulfillment, managing project documentation and subcontractor affairs, performing System and Database setups, resolving technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and possessing proficiency in areas like Networking and Windows OS.

Job Description:

• Closely collaborate with Project Maintenance Managers and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost and scope
• Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues
• Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS
• Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project
• Installation, Debug and troubleshooting IT-related issues

Job Requirements:

Work Location

Licensed Aircraft Engineer B1/B2

• Perform/Certify aircraft maintenance tasks
• Attend to aircraft routine transit/daily/weekly/monthly checks and other line maintenance duties
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft and/or engines and all associated aircraft systems
• Inspect finished work, operation/functional tests and aircraft defect rectification
• Sign-off all tasks performed and comply with Airworthy Release
• Manage and maintain tool & equipment store and provide recommendations, if applicable
• 70% Base, 30% Line, depending on workload

Requirements:

• Prefer EASA, FAA or related licence

• Wide body aircraft rating preferred

• At least 5 years of B1 or B2 Engineer experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain cement plant machinery, including crushers, kilns, mills, and packing units, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent plant operations.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to ensure optimal equipment efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, plant operating procedures, and environmental regulations. Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
• Work with process engineers and plant supervisors to optimize production processes and improve yield and energy efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to resolve technical issues and support plant improvements.
