RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in calling and follow up of daily new Leads (Warm Leads)
• Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry
• Ensure all activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
• Customer service oriented, Positive and highly motivated individuals.
• Target driven and possess can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skill
• Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and confident
• Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

· Technical Service/ Technician

· Permanent role

· Basic range from $2200 to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus+OT

· 5.5days/week, 830AM-530PM & 830AM-1230PM

Responsibilities

• To carry out all preventive and breakdowns maintenance for all Aircon equipment.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
• Any other tasks, when required by immediate superior.
• Prepare service reports after every completed job for customer's endorsement.
• Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-job reports.
• Any ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or related field.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of related techinical experience in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard and generators will be an advantage.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply (on Job Training).
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills.

1. Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs
2. Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
3. Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop
4. Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
5. Follow-up and ensure overall customer satisfaction with the work performed
6. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, meet deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
7. Always ensure to fulfill the task assigned by management
