Duties and Responsibilities
Service matters:
- Liaising directly or indirectly with external customers in Singapore or other countries for any service/ technical related matters.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least GCE 'O' Level or NTC2
• Good command of English
• Relevant work experience will be an advantage
• Interest in cars and knowledge in repair works
• Possess initiative, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Remuneration to commensurate with experience
• Class '3' driving license

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure accuracy on inventory management for cycle count and inbound & outbound
• Follow up with customers to resolve goods discrepancies weekly
• Ensure order shipments are processed accurately
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide front and backend supports for the following security systems:

a. Access Control System – Integrated Security Management System (ISMS);

b. Electronic Key and Cabinet System: Key Management System (KMS);

c. Radio Communications: Digital Trunk Radio System (DTRS);

d. CCTV System – Video Surveillance Management System (VSMS);

e. Entry / Exit Access Turnstiles;

f. Crash Barriers; and

g. Vehicle Alert System

2. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all security systems.

3. Ensure critical system fault reported rectified within the shortest possible time to prevent disruption to operation.

4. Update and maintain fault rectification report.

5. Maintain security system stock inventory to ensure sufficient spare.

Job Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC from a recognized training institute.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Technical knowledge or experience in electrical/electronic work. IT Network knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Experience in CCTV or card access system.
