Junior Quality Engineer/Quality Assurance Technician

$2,400-$3,000, OT available

Work Place : Pasir Ris (2 weeks training @ Woodlands)

Working Hour : 8.30am to 6pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control inspections for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

Communicate with customers regarding product specifications and quality concerns.

Regularly update quality standards to meet customer requirements.

Carry out daily QC tasks, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Maintain and update QC testing records and reports.

Review and validate routine QC results.

Coordinate with the Logistics team for outgoing shipment arrangements.

Report any abnormalities or issues to the QA Supervisor.

Prepare and submit quality-related reports.

Participate in ISO 9001:2015 internal quality audit (IQA) activities.

Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

• Experience in modern web and application technologies (e.g., Nuxt JS, Vue JS, Node JS, Next JS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Past experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in architecting and developing solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Past work experience in large software teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Develops and defines test specifications, methods, and procedures based on blueprints, drawings, or diagrams.
• Tests and resolves issues in assemblies and final systems, performing rework as needed following testing outcomes.
• Compiles technical reports summarizing results and proposing solutions to technical challenges.
• Supports the selection and configuration of specialized test equipment when necessary.

Requirements

• Mimimum Diploma in Engineering or Technical Related Field.
• At least 1 year of experience working on Semiconductor machines or Equipment
• Suitable candidate must be open for 5 working day SHIFTING ROTATION (Day and Mid)
• Candidate with working experience in cleanroom environment is an advantage.
