A Medical Device Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing medical equipment to ensure it functions properly and safely. Their duties include performing routine inspections, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, installing and setting up devices, and providing training to healthcare personnel on proper equipment use. They also maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs, order necessary parts, and stay updated on technological advancements and regulations.

You will need to demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent frontline services to patients. You will handle the registration of patients' visits, appointment scheduling, collection of payments, and provide financial counselling. In addition, you will handle the administration of patients' records and assist doctors with patient's medical reviews in the consultation rooms.

Job Description

- Manage appointments and provide excellent patient care
- Attend to queries from call-in patients

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"N"/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good team player who is patient, organised, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable)
- 5-day work week

Your key role is to provide Diagnostic Imaging’s front counter services, including appointment booking, registration, ordering, billing and the handling of routine frontline customer queries, feedback and complaints. You will be cross-trained in another area of administrative work as part of your career development.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘N’ Level with 5 credits including English or ITE Certificate in Office Skills
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office software applications will be an advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to speak another language will be an advantage
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
