As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the Maintenance & Service Function to provide safe, quality, efficient and effective maintenance services to support the Singapore Fragrance Site manufacturing and commercial operations at Pioneer Site. Job Purpose: To perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical systems (ACMV) to ensure optimal performance and safety of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Systems

• Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed and materials used.

ACMV Systems

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
• Perform diagnostics to identify issues in ACMV systems and implement corrective actions.
• Conduc routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Replace or repair faulty components, including compressors, filters, and ductwork.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ACMV codes and safety regulations.

General Duties

• Respond to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical and ACMV technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Technical Cert in electrical or ACMV Trained

Experience

Fresh graduate with Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of electrical and ACMV systems.

Skills

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and ACMV standards.

Ability to operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Certifications

Relevant electrical or ACMV certification (e.g., Electrical License, HVAC Certification) preferred.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with potential for overtime or on-call hours as needed.

Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.

May involve working in confined spaces and exposure to electrical hazards.

Our client is a MNC chemical manufacturer company. They are currently seeking for Maintenance Coordinator responsible to coordinate Maintenance Activities between Production and Technical department.

The role of the Maintenance Coordinator includes:

• Participate in Daily operation and maintenance meetings to support both operation and maintenance activities by keeping status updated with plan.
• Coordinates all maintenance activities including safe permit issuance, lockout-tagout preparation, GSAP approval, and supporting relevant parties to effectively complete the maintenance works as needed.
• Actively prepare equipment from maintenance phase to commissioning of equipment to ensure the completed jobs function well.
• Supports Capital Project/MOC activities in view of blanking, isolation, LOTO and flushing plans are followed to ensure safe handling.
• Work closely with the Maintenance engineers on Transition and Turn Around activities from planning stage to commissioning stage.
• Prepare markup PIDs covering all the GCM activities to be completed during the transition period for safe and timely start-up.
• Coordinate with shift team supervisors to ensure maintenance jobs such as cleaning, washing and technical or in-house contractors follow up jobs are completed before handing over to production.
• Support work permitting and work authorization activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement:

• Related working experience in the chemical industry.
• Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Independent and able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of organization.
• Computer skills are required including MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Good Time Management and ability to prioritise work.
