To lead, manage, and drive the Operations/Projects for each of the Company’s Managed Services outsourcing client assigned.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day Service Delivery Support.

• Work with the Company’s Business to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for the account.
• Take a positive leadership role in both the Company’s and customer businesses by demonstrating the Company’score values.
• May supply input to the customer Annual Technology Plan.
• Assist with providing the customer IS team and LOS with relevant reporting and trend analysis statistics to pro-actively support and improve the customer business.
• Work with the Company’s Tower to analyse the client requirements and provide technical inputs (Server, Network and Database) for better Service delivery.
• Understand Technical setup of the Client and provide technical inputs to manage existing with continuous improvement/enhancement required.
• Work with the Company Internal teams for delivering the services beyond BAU with additional revenue generated.

Requirements:

• Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other equivalent university degree.
• At least 5 - 6 years of IT Outsourcing experience in the combination of the following fields:

- Technical Infrastructure implementation,

Roles and Job Description: To boost sales and increase market share through the following ways:

Drive sales through the reach and network of existing customer database;

Find new channels and markets in re-seller market for distribution;

Research and recommend company's products to potential customers more effectively and efficiently;- Explore and negotiate with customers to generate the best possible sales outcomes;

Manage and track sales timelines, project management and budget;

Stay abreast of competition in an attempt to find and maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure IoT devices, sensors, and networks according to stakeholder requirements.

• Perform system integrations, ensuring that devices is able to communicate with the yard central system.

• Ensure network connectivity ie routers, Access Points, wi-fi is properly established for IoT systems.

2. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with IoT devices, networks, or platforms, both remotely and on-site.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of IoT devices and systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform firmware and software updates on devices as needed.

• Address and resolve connectivity issues, sensor malfunctions, and data reporting errors.

3. Customer Support:

• Provide technical support and training to stakeholder on how to use and maintain their IoT devices.

• Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns, either on-site or remotely, ensuring satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

• Assist with the integration of IoT systems into existing infrastructure and applications eg digital twin platform

4. Documentation:

• Maintain good records of all service activities, including installations, configurations, maintenance, and stakeholder interactions.

• Provide reports on system performance, usage patterns, and any potential improvements.

• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and maintenance schedules.

• Check on System upgrades and System Optimization from vendor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, cloud-based platforms, and networking protocols

• Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in identifying issues with hardware, software, or connectivity.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical issues and solutions to stakeholder clearly and concisely.

• Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network infrastructure, IP addresses, routers, and firewalls.

• Hands-on Skills: Comfortable working with hardware, including installation, wiring, and setup.

• Field Service: Safety- oriented, need to have interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders like P&M, Security, Ops teams to coordinate work task
