Key Responsibilities:

Service Supervision:

- Lead and supervise service staff, Ensure prompt and attentive service to guests.

Customer Relations:

- Greet and interact with guests, responding to guest feedback & resolve customer complaints

Service Standards:

- Maintain high service standards, adhering to establishment's policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular service checks to ensure quality.

Staff Management:

- Train, coach, and evaluate service staff performance.

Communication:

- Liaise between front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Communicate menu changes, promotions, and events.

Operations:

- Manage table assignments, reservations, and seating.

- Monitor dining area cleanliness and ambiance.

Quality Control:

- Ensure accuracy of orders, billing, and payment processing.

Social Media: (Advantage)

1. Manage restaurant's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)

2. Create and schedule posts showcasing menu items, promotions, and events.

3. Respond to online customer inquiries and reviews.

4. Monitor and analyse social media metrics (engagement, followers, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- O’ Level or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field

• Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
• Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
• Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
• Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
• Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
• Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
• Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance during product demonstrations and sales trials to help customers understand our cleaning robots.
• Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
• Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.
• Stay updated on the latest robot technologies and use this knowledge to assist customers.

Requirements:
