Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow job orders
• Determine the required quantity to meet daily output
• Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, checking etc.
• Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintenance in good and safe working conditions
• Control and run the machine to the fullest extent
• Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues
• Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control
• Provide detailed reports and logs on the work done daily
• Keep up with safety requirements and maintain a safe work setting at all times
• Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed
• Reporting safety hazards within the work environment
• Debagging activities and packing products in 25kg HL and jumbo bags

• Able to do repetitive tasks; detail-oriented; understanding of industry and safety standards
• Possess basic knowledge of PC, general maintenance, and repair tasks

Maintenance Engineer

Location: Tuas
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours : 7:30am to 5:15pm
Salary Range: $3k - 4k

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
• Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
• Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
• Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
• Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
• Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
• Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager

Accountable

• Meeting department quality objectives
• Ensure maximized machine uptime
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time
• Ensure sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machine, equipment and facilities

Job Requirements

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of precision machining machineries, equipment and facilities
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machineries and equipment
• Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety

Education, Experience & Training

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 5 years experiences in machine repair and maintenance
