• PC / Notebook / AIO system diagnostic.
• Assist and advising customer the best solution for their repair / upgrade / customization.
• Handling of hardware and software installation.
• Training will be provided.

Customer Interaction

• Respond promptly to inquiries via social media platforms (Meta: Facebook & Instagram Messenger).
• Engage with customers through AI platforms (e.g., Voltade AI) to ensure a seamless experience.

Lead Management

• Manage and update customer leads generated from Meta Ads and Google Ads in collaboration with the Marketing Senior Executive.
• Follow up on offline leads and ensure timely responses.

Administrative Support

• Update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and deliveries.
• Maintain and update the Google Calendar of Events to support team activities.

Team Collaboration and Professionalism

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
• Adapt to changes with optimism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
