Technical Service Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Service Department, focusing on growth, profitability, and efficient operations.
• Manage service calls, scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with production teams and ensure smooth coordination.
• Lead and develop service staff to meet business goals.
• Build strong customer relationships and grow the service client base.
• Manage debt collection for service customers.
• Provide accurate technical advice and prepare quotations for repairs and installations.
• Communicate schedules and coordinate service crews for timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure workplace safety.
• Support preventative maintenance initiatives and business growth.
• Prepare and process invoices and service paperwork.
• Resolve customer, supplier, or operational disputes effectively.
• Notify Directors of incidents or issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Mechanical or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in Building & Construction OR Electrical with mechanical or technical knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the company’s products and customer service needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Prior experience in team leadership and management skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Scope:

• To ensure that all common areas are safe and clean during class.
• To answer telephone, email, text and in-person enquiries.
• To follow up on customer queries.
• To handle light administrative duties: enrolment, fee payment, copying, filing, etc.

Job Description

• Establishing, implementing and maintaining credit control policies and ensuring daily internal controls are in place
• Ensure that debt collection is conducted in a professional manner and in accordance with hospital’s procedures
• Lead in AR review meetings with stakeholders to resolve billing disputes
• Monitor onward collections of proposed payment plans
• Liaise with Legal Department as required
• Report to management on status of outstanding AR position
• Assist in Project billing and collections
• Assist in income auditing for daily collections from POS/drawers
• Assist in reconciliations between daily collections and bank statement
• Assist in annual auditing activities, including AR confirmations and reconciliations
• Assist in process improvement projects and systems optimization
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma or professional studies with accounting background
• At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare sector in Finance or Business Office
• A self-driven, responsible and motivated individual who can contribute positively within a team environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel application

Working Location: Caldecott
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Early Childhood Education or Social Sciences.

The Service Analyst provide application support to users. The candidate poses a structured and analytical approach to the identification, diagnose and rectification of user reported issues.

a) Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support.
