Working Location: Raffles Place / Tanjong Pagar

Working location will be assigned according to requirements.

Part Time Employment: 3-4 weekdays (lunch shift preferred) (Mon-Fri)

Closed on PH and Sundays

Commitment period: at least 3 months.

Immediate start, and can commit at least until the end of May will be preferred.

Shifts: 10:30 am - 3:30 pm / 12 pm - 4 pm / dinner shift can be discussed

Salary: $12 - $14 /h depending on schedule and experience

Barista or Service Experience preferred, training will be provided.

• Train and upskill new and existing team members of the team, and provide actionable feedback
• Work closely with the senior management team to design & curate procedures for the best user experience.
• Attend and welcome visitors and customers by providing satisfactory customers service
• Maintain customer records and monitor their appointment
• To professionally and satisfactorily resolve customer complaints pertaining to products and services
• To Implement & improve customer retention practices
• To encourage a positive and cozy environment for the customers
• Assist in other area, if needed from time to time

6. Attends to and communicates promptly to address customers’ queries at the most excellent approach
7. Acknowledges and resolves customer feedback and concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields
• Three (3) to five (5) years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related capacity
• Consistently well-groomed according to the high appearance standards of the salon and the company
• High degree of professionalism in customer service
• Exceptional people skills
• High standards of customer communication skills
