Job Scope

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, order status, and

delivery timelines.

Job Overview

The Service Delivery Lead leads and supports programs and projects using different frameworks such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall. They organize and facilitate meetings and events, gather business requirements from stakeholders, and prioritize change requests and bugs to optimize business value. They also remove any impediments for the project team, manage the risk plan and client expectations, and motivate the team to deliver the service according to schedule and quality.

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery life cycle from start to finish, including design, resource allocation, and software development.
