Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to assist the Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer in the operation and maintenance of the building to ensure a high standard of upkeep and maintenance to the satisfaction of the building owner and guests / tenants.

To assist the Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer to carry alteration and addition works, major replacement of equipments, tenancy works of the building, etc, as may be required from time to time to meet the needs that have arisen.

• Assist the Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer to executive preventive & corrective maintenance and restoration work as instructed.

• Liaise with other departments of the Hotel and shop tenants in providing engineering support.

• The ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively is required.
• Monitor junior staff performance and personal attitude
• Ensure smooth supply of electricity, water and air-conditioning and lift in the building.
