Runs an efficient and profitable service department through produtive staffing , customer retention ,cost controls , acheivement of objectives , and maintenance of all service records.

Ensures that the daily inventory of techincians's time is consistently sold to service customer.

Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.

Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

Directs and schedules the activies of all department employees.

Job Summary:

• 5 days’ work week (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• UP to S$2,800
• Location: East (Bedok)

Job Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
• Liaise with customers on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
• Handle claims received from customer.
• Handle office reception duties include attending to incomings calls and faxes.
• Liaise with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers.
• Prepare documentations relating to Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, shipments, etc.
• Proper keep and filing of import / export documents.
• Responsible for any other general admin duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge of Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, import/export document is advantageous.
• Service and Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings.
• MS Office proficient.

- Verify invoices from vendor

- Prepare customers’ report
