Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

· To study design and drawings and prepare an execution strategy.

· To plan and schedule the work within the given time frame.

· To coordinate with Construction Manager for all planning and execution.

· To distribute the work scope to all Supervisors on day-to-day basis.

· Preparing Piping and Tank erection plan and lifting plan.

· Preparing of MSRA, micro schedule, look ahead plan, daily/monthly report during construction & T&C stage.

· To ensure the safety measures and procedures at the work place and needs to implement them.

· To ensure the quality standards as per approved plan.

· To co-ordinate with all construction related works with client on their requirement and arrange required resources accordingly.

Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Engineering .

· Minimum 8-10 years of working experience as Piping/Equipment Engineer.

· Good knowledge of Piping/euipment specifications & requirements.

· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

· Matured, Proactive leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

· Experienced in Auto Cad.

· Well knowledge of Piping codes and standards from standardization organizations as ANSI, ASME, ISO, DIN.

To operate various types of ES machinery and equipment to ensure the project sites environmental services are carried out as per customers requirements AND to review and propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost & quality management through analysis of ES data/QC checking on common areas or toilets cleanliness and defects reporting. Handle periodic work related photos.
