Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Surveillance Service and Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and servicing of security surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of surveillance equipment, coordinating maintenance schedules, and supervising a team of technicians. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the maintenance and servicing of security surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems

· Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely inspections, repairs and upgrades of surveillance equipment

· Supervise a team of technicians responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs as needed

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance activities

· Conduct regular inspections of surveillance equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement

· Analyse system performance data and user feedback to identify trends and recommend enhancements to optimize system functionality

· Develop and maintain documentation, including maintenance logs, service records, and equipment manuals

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to security surveillance systems

· Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and facilities management, to integrate surveillance systems with existing infrastructure and address cross-functional requirements

· Stay informed about advancements in surveillance technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system capabilities

Required Skills & Abilities:

· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. A relevant technical certification may be considered in lieu of a degree

· Proven experience in managing security surveillance systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

· Strong technical proficiency in CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to security surveillance, such as GDPR and ISO 27001

7) To place an order, replenish, monitor, and track cleaning material stock and equipment to achieve minimum wastage

8) Conduct and upkeep proper record of Client's Meeting. Toolbox meeting staff safety Induction and all relevant Workplace Safety & Health documentation

Senior Maintenance Manager | Chemical Industry | Jurong Island

Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri), 8 am to 4.30 pm.

Work location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East)

Salary: $8,000 to $9,500

Responsibilities：

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals.
• Ensuring that the relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance and modifications in the plant to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment of the highest level.
• Ensures all plant and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety for work to avoid lost time accidents, with immediate response and thorough investigations and corrective actions for all hazardous occurrences and accidents.
• Ensure all Mechanical and E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System, and best industry maintenance practices.
• Ensuring that there are adequate procedures and systems put in place for maintenance activities conducted within the process plant.
• Oversee all facilities planning and operations/functions including the maintenance, modification control of equipment, space allocation, move and construction.
• Works with counterparts in parent and subsidiary companies on technology transfers to raise maintenance performance standards.
• Line management responsibility for Maintenance team members.
• Approval of all work requests for equipment maintenance and modifications related to improvements and safety of process and plant.
• Approval of requisition for new equipment and maintenance spares.
• Approval of Contractors’ daily timesheets.
• Approval of the daily maintenance activities and modifications in the plant.
• Approval of grade change maintenance activities, in consultation with production department
• Planning and managing the shutdown maintenance.
• Provide training needs of Maintenance team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and competencies to carry out their work in an efficient manner.
• Assessment and review of in-house contractors’ performance and the contract.
• Undertakes special assignments or projects as directed by the Manufacturing Director

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline.
• Experiences in the chemical industry Singapore as Manager or Assistant manager.
• Experiences and knowledge about maintenance of mechanical rotating equipment and static facilities.
• Experiences as E&I Process/Maintenance Engineer at chemical plant or manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge about and to be familiar with high voltage power supply/MCC, control panel and/or DCS design and system to manage establishment will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Receiving Enquiries from site through email for day-to-day Project Activities and get the quotations from the vendors

· Sending the Enquiries to the right Supplier for the right Products from our approved vendor master or new vendor if required

· Finalizing the vendor having best price with stock availability. Negotiate with the vendor to get the best discount.

· Create the PO and New vendor ID in SAP System and send the Pos to the vendor regularly

· Sourcing the Engineering Materials and works based on the Client Specification and Drawings

· Review the Suppliers/Subcontractors Quotation for the payment terms and negotiate to get the better terms and conditions which is favor to the company

· Communicate with alternate vendors, negotiate better pricing for bulk orders or investigate the possibility of procuring cheaper materials from alternative sources as part of their daily activities

· Systematic approach in the control of purchases and that materials, products, services, and outsourced processes conform to product requirements, Customer’s specifications and/or in-house quality, OHS and environmental Requirements

· Reviewing the PO documents to check with our enquiries to match Supplier quotation for any deviations in the specifications or quantity prior to release the po from SAP system.

· Coordinate Deliveries with suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in any discipline

· Minimum 5 Years of Procurement and Logistics experience in construction company

· Working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, MS Office with Excel Knowledge

· Good communication skills, exhibit strong leadership qualities and show initiative
