- Installation and/or modification of chemical processing equipment as well as the repair and troubleshooting of auxiliary equipment associated with all chemical processing equipment and other facility equipment.

Required Qualifications And Competencies

Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and distribution management systems applications;
• Involved in enhancement of the software functionality and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance;
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, enhancements and fixes;
• Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of projects and provide timely updates on project status;

Requirements:

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Building and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Aftersales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our own building facilities, ensuring all systems are operational, and supervising vendors during renovations. This role requires hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and building works.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine checks and maintenance on electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, compressed air, and chilled-water systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to keep the building in daily operational state. Supervise vendors during renovation projects to ensure a smooth transition to new areas and maintain quality standards. Maintain good housekeeping in AHU (Air Handling Unit) and switch rooms to ensure cleanliness of equipment and site. Work with contractors and vendors to carry out scheduled maintenance and supervise work on premises to ensure quality, cost-effective repairs and renovations. Qualifications:
