Casa Mia Coliving is a coliving company in Singapore. We are looking for one enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide technical expertise to support our members in all their technical needs related to their accommodation needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance services to all our homes
• Attend to members’ complaints and requests in regards to facilities issues
• Conduct a periodic site inspection of the homes
• Supervise all vendors in their technical works, like electrical, plumbing and mechanical jobs or improvement works.
• Ad hoc duties from time to time to support the rest of the team.
• Perform regular maintenance of the air conditioning units in all our homes(if applicable)

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in general maintenance and handyman works, electrical works, plumbing works, carpentry works, and aircon servicing.
• Customer service oriented, problem solver, proactive.
• Must be able to read technical manuals and drawings
• Class 3 driving license is required.
• Air conditioning repair certification is a plus.

Job Requirements:-

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in Facilities Maintenance

- Hands-on experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical, Building Services, ACMV or equivalent.

- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills

- Communication and reading literacy in the English language is required

Job Descriptions:-

- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown technical support for

mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Air-con

servicing and maintenace, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Plan, organize, and lead a team of discipline engineers and staff to plan and execute maintenance operations to ensure the continuous, reliable and efficient functioning of refinery assets, equipment and infrastructure. The purpose of this role is to minimize downtime, maximize operational reliability and ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Manager in the Engineering Department, the selected incumbent shall assist the Engineering team in the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of mechanical or electrical installations and equipment within the compound.
• Provide engineering support to all depts if required
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdown.
• Carry out instrumentation calibration activities.
• In charge of maintenance and troubleshooting of entire facility duties.
• Involve in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in electrical installation, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and electrical maintenance preferred.
• Good technical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting & servicing HVAC equipment eg chillers, cooling towers, aircon, air compressors etc
• Experience in simple welding, piping work, and simple machining work.
• Computer literacy.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts.
• Positive, easy-going and a good team player.

Note:

Candidate MUST BE willing to wear jumpsuit and mask as Personal Protective Equipment while working in the production area
