Your responsibilities will include:

Summary

Responsible for the efficient running of operations and profitability of the restaurant. Oversees kitchen and service staff. Accountable for promoting good staff and customer relations through consistent implementation of company standards.

What We Are Looking For

Operational Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Front of House and Back of House operations daily.
• Plan, organize and supervise work schedules for staff.
• Conduct daily roll call with kitchen and service teams.
• Maintain a close and professional working relationship with the kitchen team at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage and oversee the ordering, receiving, storage, and usage of food, beverages, and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels for smooth operation and to minimize wastage, including stock-taking.
• Ensure that properties and equipment are properly managed and always in good condition.
• Regularly review product quality.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of restaurant technology systems, such as POS systems, reservation, and CRM platforms.
• Develop and implement plans to handle emergencies and unexpected situations, ensuring the safety of staff, customers, and the restaurant.

Sales Targets

• Perform and analyse various daily and monthly reports including budgets, sales forecasts and operating reports.
• Monitor food costs and labour costs and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Up to date with the current industry environment and propose ideas to increase sales and decrease costs.
• Participate in menu development and planning based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead & motivate kitchen and service team to achieve sales target.
• Provide and coordinate training and development program for all staff to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor employee performance and participate in annual employee performance reviews to improve productivity.

Customer Service

• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Receive, review and act upon feedback and complaints received from customers.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Have excellent knowledge of company brand / restaurant menu and add value to customer experience.

Perform any other relevant ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Responsibilities

The role holder, reporting to the Assistant Group Financial Controller in day-to-day operations, is responsible for tax, audit and reporting activities of the group in compliance with local & international tax regulations, Financial Reporting Standards, and Group accounting policies & guidelines.

Tax

• Provide support for the tax components of Group direct and indirect taxes, ensuring adherence to local country tax mandates.

• Attend to tax queries with the tax authorities.

• Collaborate with country Finance or Tax Head and provide guidance on tax compliance related matters, including tax reporting, tax document management and tax cashflow management

• Collaborate with external parties to oversee and formulate transfer pricing documentation for bolstering inter-company transactions in alignment with local regulations.

• Collaborate with external and internal parties to ensure compliance to Group Country by Country Reporting requirements.

• Analyze and devise business strategies pertaining to taxation.

• Serve as an internal business consultant for all tax-related matters within the Group.

• Oversee the tax compliance process and adapt to challenges in the process.

Audit

• Lead the audit of the Group, working with Country Head of Finance and ensure prompt and timely completion of external audits of the Group and its subsidiaries.

• Review and improve internal control procedures; formulate and implement financial policies to ensure high standards of financial controls.

Reporting & Compliance

• Review and provide accurate Group financial information to Management.

• Working closely with Country Head of Finance to ensure timely delivery of output.

• Formulate and implement group accounting policies and procedures, ensuring policies are uniformly applied throughout the Group.

• Assist in implementation of new and revised accounting standards to the Group.

• Assist in ensuring all group accounting policies and reporting processes are documented and kept-up-to date.

• Assist in periodic reviews of all finance policies, processes and procedures to ensure they are optimal for the changing demands of the business.

Others

• Assist in Group Treasury Management.

• Build and manage relationships with business partners, external auditors and consultants.

• Assist in the implementation of new ERP system with primary focus on the finance and accounting modules. Review and execute the Group Chart of Accounts ensuring that the Chart of Accounts is consistently implemented within the Group ERP system.

• Assist in financial modelling, investment analysis, project evaluation and due diligence to support investment decisions, as well as funding requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following

Qualification and Experience

• Qualified ACCA / CA with at least 8 yrs experience in audit & tax, and 3 yrs experience in a leadership role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Test Manager with a proven track record in SAP testing methodologies and a strong emphasis on S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the testing activities related to SAP software implementations, enhancements, and specifically, migrations to S/4HANA. The SAP Test Manager will demonstrate expertise in test planning, execution, and leadership for a large-scale project involving high number of users while ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, with a specific focus on S/4HANA migration projects and other SAP systems like BW, SAC, Datasphere and PaPM.

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and SAP functional consultants to understand the unique requirements of S/4HANA migrations.

• Define test scope, objectives, and deliverables tailored to the migration context.

Test Execution:

This is a newly created role as the Company’s Group plans to set up a Shared Services Department.

The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is responsible for leading and managing the Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable (AP) team to deliver quality services and improve the overall efficiency of AP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of a Finance Accounts Payable Shared Services Department in Singapore.

• Proactively manage and monitor the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) function to drive accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.

SUMMARY

This role under logistics and store department reporting to site director.

Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient supply chain management.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Responsible for creating and implementing best practices for logistics processes.
