Your day to day

• Research market place and pursue opportunities for potential new accounts

You will be part of the KidSTART Capability Development Branch, tasked to oversee and coordinate capability building strategies in the sector. The Branch ensures the delivery of specialised training programmes for KidSTART practitioners (KSPs) and volunteers. The Branch identifies, engages and procures suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training and best practice sessions, develop training and educational resources, coordinates and provide mentoring sessions for KSPs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the training needs of practitioners by organising in-house training programmes, procuring suitable vendors to deliver training, setting up and operationalising structured training frameworks and protocols, as well as budget management and reporting.
